Born and raised in Sun Valley, Idaho, my parents sent me down the hill on skis for the first time when I was two.

I’ve raced through high school and the Junior Olympics and thought I’d keep racing in college—on a sail boat. Then I realized I’d rather be putting on ski boots than a dry suit in the winter, and headed to University of Colorado instead. While in Boulder I changed my focus from racing to big mountain skiing and headed out on the Free Skiing World Tour.

My first season saw two top ten finishes, including an eighth at the Tour finals in Alyeska, Alaska. My time in Alaska also included two weeks of big mountain exploring, courtesy of Sun Valley legend Reggie Crist, and confirmed that there’s nothing in the world I’d rather do than ski the biggest lines I can find.

This passion drives me to push myself to the next level every day, and has developed into a complete and total addiction to skiing.
